Amelia's 1st Birthday

Our little Amelia turned one on December 29th!  My how this year has flown by.  She is such a joy!!  She actually took off walking on her birthday.  My mother-in-law has the video so I will have to get that and post.  So cute!  She is still babbling up a ton and repeats words in her own lingo.  We think she is trying to say "hi," "bye-bye," and "thank you."  She still says Mama and Dada but not quite sure she is calling us yet.  She is in the 50% for weight and 85% for height.  She LOVES her big sister.  Her face just lights up when she sees Avery.  They have so much fun playing together even when Avery plays rough.  We had a small immediate family dinner party at our house since it was a holiday birthday.  I promise not to shark her every year. :)  Here are a few pictures of the night.

My friend, Karen, at EmmaLemmaLou, made this for Amelia.  I saw it on etsy and thought Karen could do it...she could!  Needed something special for Amelia's birthday!
